Delivery: Gift vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser’s nominated email address within 48 hours of purchase.

Redemption:

• Vouchers are redeemable only on Houses of Ripley accommodation booked directly via www.housesofripley.com.au.

• Not valid for bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com).

• To redeem, select the ‘Promotion / Group Code’ option on the booking payment screen and enter your voucher code. The voucher value will be deducted from the booking total.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until any outstanding payment associated with the booking is received in full.

Expiry: Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, as noted in the email receipt.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• No refunds will be given for bookings where the total cost is less than the voucher value.

• Voucher value may be transferred to new dates if requested at least 14 days prior to the original check-in date. Any increase in booking value must be paid by the guest.

• Changes requested within 14 days of arrival are not permitted.

Limitations:

• Only one gift voucher may be applied per booking.

• Each gift voucher code is single-use only.

• Minimum stay requirements apply as per our booking calendar (typically a 2-night minimum, subject to change).

• All standard Houses of Ripley booking terms and conditions apply in addition to these voucher terms.
